1. The Goodiex membership

Goodiex is a members-only exchange marketplace. Membership costs $9.99 per month, billed via Stripe. Each successful monthly payment credits 100 tokens to your account balance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

2. Tokens have no cash value

Tokens are a closed-loop, on-platform unit used solely to exchange goods between Goodiex members. Tokens are NOT money, are NOT a stored-value instrument, and have NO cash value.

Tokens cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money or any other consideration, under any circumstances. Goodiex will never pay out tokens in cash.

Tokens are non-transferable outside the platform. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer tokens except by purchasing listed goods through the Goodiex marketplace itself.

3. No refunds

All token transactions are final. Purchases made with tokens cannot be reversed or refunded through Goodiex.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

4. Forfeiture on account closure

If you close your account, or your account is terminated for violation of these terms, any remaining token balance is immediately and permanently forfeited.

You will receive no payment, credit, refund, or other compensation for forfeited tokens. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, any unspent tokens remain usable only while your account stays open, and are likewise forfeited when the account is closed.

5. Buying and selling

All trades are between members. No cash changes hands between members — the token price shown on a listing is the entire consideration exchanged through the platform.

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items and for fulfilling exchanges. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings before purchase.

An active subscription is required to list items and to purchase items.

6. Acceptable use

You may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, or anything you do not have the right to transfer. Goodiex may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Goodiex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
